Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at https://rebelmoth.com (“Store”, “we”, “us”).
1) Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the product type and whether customization is required.

“Processing time” means production/packing time before the order ships.

Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
2) Shipping origins (important)
Your order may ship from different locations depending on the product:

Clothing: shipped from our production/fulfillment partners (may be inside the US, EU, UK, or AU depending on destination).

Jewelry / Accessories / Other products: shipped from Bulgaria (EU).
If your order contains items from different categories, it may arrive in separate packages (split shipments). You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
3) Estimated delivery times (Standard Shipping)
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include processing time.
Clothing
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Europe & UK: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- Australia & NZ: 3–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–25 business days
Jewelry, Accessories & Other Products
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
4) Express Shipping
Express shipping is available where supported by the destination and carrier.
- Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days (where available)
- Express delivery estimates also exclude processing time.
5) Free shipping

We offer a Free standard shipping to all EU countries and the USA.
Any paid upgrades (e.g., Express) are shown at checkout.
6) Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where tracking is supported by the carrier/service level).
Some low-cost international services may show limited tracking updates until the parcel reaches the destination country.
7) Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect/incomplete address,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal/unclaimed delivery,
we can reship (you pay reshipping) or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy (refund may be reduced by actual shipping/return costs).
8) Customs, duties & taxes

United States (DDP / prepaid duties):
All orders shipped to the USA are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable import duties/tariffs are prepaid by us, so the price you see and pay at checkout is final. No additional delivery charges for duties/tariffs will be due upon delivery. - EU shipments: no customs duties within the EU, all prices include EU VAT.

International shipments: you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees charged by your country.
We do not control customs processing and cannot guarantee clearance times.
9) Carrier delays / peak seasons
Carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, or customs congestion. If tracking shows delays, the carrier’s timeline applies.
10) Lost, missing, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

Damaged on arrival / wrong item: contact info@rebelmoth.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number + clear photos (and packaging photos).

Marked “Delivered” but not received: contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open a carrier claim/investigation.

No movement / suspected lost in transit: contact us if there are no tracking updates for 10+ business days (domestic) or 15+ business days (international).
We’ll investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund according to the case.
11) Returns & exchanges (summary)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Personalized/custom items and certain hygiene items (if applicable) may be excluded unless defective. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
